Project Manager

From a problem on the shop floor to a shipped release.

Every project here started as someone else's daily friction and ended as a tool in their hands. I scope it, plan it, build or direct the build, test it with the people who will use it, and see it through to release.

01

Scope from the user

Mica Match started with a sales rep standing at a dealer's counter. The requirement came from that moment, not a spec sheet.

02

Ship, then widen

Closed testing before public release. Small working versions first, detail added once people use them.

03

Business analysis

IBM Business Analyst training in requirements, process modelling and stakeholder work, plus product-management simulations.

How a project moves

Every layer is a stage. The count is how far my projects got.

Scroll and the drawing assembles: everything starts at the bottom, and fewer projects reach each layer above.

BThe path

Ledgers first. Then analysis. Then software.

Each step built on the one before: knowing how the books close is why the dashboards are right, and knowing what the dashboards need is why the software exists.
